Carpinteria Man Accused Of Stalking Ex-Girlfriend
CARPINTERIA - A Carpinteria man is facing several charges for allegedly stalking his ex-girlfriend.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies first arrested 30-year-old Evan Connor on Saturday, after receiving several reports that he was harassing his ex.
He was released from jail the same day, but arrested again on Sunday.
Deputies say they spotted him near the victim's home, in violation of a restraining order.
